Warranty Information

We are an authorized third-party reseller of QuickScreen aluminum fencing products. All QuickScreen products sold through our website are supplied and fulfilled by a third party. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer, not by us as the reseller.

Manufacturer Warranty

QuickScreen fencing products are covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty, which applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. This warranty covers the structural integrity of the aluminum fencing for the useful life of the product, as determined by the manufacturer.

Powder Coat Finish Warranty

The powder-coated finish on QuickScreen products is covered by a 25-year limited warranty provided by the powder coat manufacturer. This warranty protects against defects such as peeling, cracking, or excessive fading when the product is properly installed, maintained, and used in normal environmental conditions.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Improper installation or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, accidents, or acts of nature

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or failure to perform recommended maintenance

Routine cleaning with water and mild detergent is recommended to maintain the finish and warranty eligibility.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer or supplier. As a reseller, we do not provide warranties beyond those offered by QuickScreen or our supplier.

To submit a warranty claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos of the product and reported issue

  • Installation and maintenance details

We are happy to assist in directing you to the appropriate manufacturer or supplier contact when needed


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies for returns not due to manufacturer defect or damage. If the item is damaged or defective on arrival, the restocking fee does not apply.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, special-cut or fabricated items, installed products, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.
  • Process: To submit a return, email orders@aluminumfenceco.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Items must arrive to us in resalable condition.
  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping & restocking (if applicable) fees are deducted.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges for the same item are permitted within 30 days, subject to stock availability. Customers pay shipping for exchanges unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Shipping Returns

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error on our part.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged (defect/error cases).
  • We strongly recommend using shipping methods with tracking and insurance for large or heavy returns.

Because product availability, manufacturing schedules, and carrier logistics can vary, here’s how our order processing and shipping works:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, you will receive an email confirming your order along with estimated delivery details.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on product availability, order size, customization, and your location. Most orders deliver within 5–7 business days after the processing window, depending on product availability and destination. We’ll provide your specific ETA by email within 1–2 business days after your order is processed
  • Delivery Carriers: We use common carriers or freight depending on the size & weight of the order. You will be notified if your order requires freight or special delivery.
  • Delays: If there are unexpected delays (e.g., stock shortages or shipping carrier issues), we will notify you and provide updated delivery information.
